Barely 6 hours after Samini dropped another controversial song #Vextra, Shatta Wale has quickly responded back to Samini in a tweet that reads in the caption below;
Looks like the two Ghana Dancehall veterans are back at the lyrical battle again, but this time it looks healthy. Fans of both artistes has since dawn been giving back and forth arguments about the #Vextra song.
For a long time, fans and Dancehall industry players want to see both artistes – Samini and Shatta Wale – battle each other one on one on stage, otherwise called “Dancehall Clash” or “Sting” as its done in Jamaica.
Samini even though didn’t mention Shatta Wale’s name in the song, many fans and critics say the song connotatively is directed to Shatta Wale. Samini talks about the recent brouhaha between Shatta Wale and the VVIP group over a Nima show for Muslims at this year’s Sallah Festival. Samini somehow took a narrow swipe at Sarkodie too with the alleged tautology (“free” and “pro bono”) he used in his #Kanta song (response to Manifest’s #godMC song).
Would Shatta Wale reply Samini or he would ignore? Well, keep your fingers crossed! кредит
