Ebony’s father, Nana Opoku Kwarteng is back in the news after his hot clash with Bullet ended some months ago.

The name for the record label as revealed by Mr. kwarteng is a combination of two names; Kwar which is their surname, and Ebony, name of his deceased daughter. Also, he added that it was the wish of Ebony Reigns to help people. Therefore, he will sign artistes unto the record.
“All these things I will do not because of monetary gains. I want to mortalise the queen. Her legacy must live on, like Martin Luther King…”
Mr. Kwarteng also hinted that he might begin an Ebony Reigns Memorial Foundation in honour of the late dancehall artiste. He also intends adopting a ward at the accident unit at the KorleBu Teaching Hospital in honour of the late artist.
