Fresh talent on the block, as our Artist of the Week; it’s ShaeMix. Free State born and bred Ted Magerman, calls himself ShaeMix and he just dropped his debut single ‘Situation’.
The talented musician who advocates and promotes his home province performing around the country reached 110 000 downloads and listens in just 13 days, before the song receives any airplay on South African Radio. His active social media presence and campaigns have been the drivers of this milestone and success.
“I am humbled at the response I have received and have started shooting TV inserts with the likes of V Entertainment and other commercial TV and Radio stations. I never thought one day growing up in Welkom I’d reach out to so many people around our beautiful country. Thanks to everyone for the support and admiration. I will continue being an example to everyone in the country” he said.
ShaeMix has already shot the Music Video to the song and will be embarking on his National Radio and TV tours from the third week of April.
