Ghanaian fast rising rap star, Fareed, is a year older today (March 7, 2017). The lady’s man who shot to fame last year with “Hip-hop Alhaji” single has won a lot of hearts with his modern Hausa Hip-hop masterpieces.

About Fareed:

Fareed is a 23-year-old ambitious Ghanaian, who at very young age obtained the energy for music and through his music, Fareed intends to impact positively and unite individuals of all age and race.

Fareed had his fundamental education at DE Youngsters International School, Accra and later went to Ghana Lebanon International school, and to T.I Ahmandiya secondary school and down to University of Professional Studies where he studies business Administration.

Fareed was brought up in Ghana at Accra New-town. He is a Dagomba and originates from Tamala in the northern part of Ghana, He was raised by his grandma who instilled the affection for Allah and music in him, establishing the establishment of music before proceeding onward to live with his parent.

Fareed’s musical profession started with his enthusiasm for musical instruments particularly the (Kalangu Drum), His dad being an artiste commands a large audience during special event additionally energize him.

Years on Fareed has been acquainted with the art and composes his own verses, his prosperity started when he recorded his 14-song mix-tape album while he was on campus during his tertiary education.

Fareed traces his root to blur(rapper) in Kumasi where he was acquainted with music producer Senyo Cue and Peewezel and gazed recording and releasing songs via web-based networking media. His song Bardman produced by Senyo Cue, was utilized as a sound track for a montage on 4styte TV.

Fareed is presently Serving the country at the Department of cooperative in the Shai Osudoku district. furthermore, he’s signed to Bamba Records as his management team working with famous makers like Hammer of the Last two, Mix Master Garzy, Oteng of Drumline studios, Senyo Cue, Peewezel and that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

Fareed currently has two of his music videos for ‘Hip-hop Alhaji’ and “”Zaafi” appearing on all the TV stations in Ghana and beyond which so far reaction is overpowering.

Fareed’s motivation is getting from life encounters on a day by day and what circumvents him, and his main goal is to play a major contribution to the development of Ghanaian music industry whiles changing lives through his music.
